Bibs Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty roaster out of West Michigan, built on one belief: coffee can be excellent without being exclusive.

We source exceptional single-origins and house blends, roast them with care and just enough nerdiness to keep things interesting, and try to make the whole experience feel less like a gatekeeping exercise and more like an invitation.

Some people drink coffee to survive the morning. Some build spreadsheets about brew ratios. We're here for both.

What We Care About

Craft that honors the bean and the farmer who grew it. Education that doesn't talk down to anyone. A coffee culture that makes room for curiosity, community, and a second cup. And long-term — real relationships with producers and giving back in ways that matter.

How We Roast

We source 80+ specialty coffees and roast light to medium — not because it's trendy, but because it lets the coffee speak. The bright stone fruit in a washed Ethiopian. The cocoa-and-caramel in a smooth Colombian. It's already there. Our job is to bring it forward.

We measure, cup, adjust, repeat. (And yes, we track way too much data about roast curves.)

Because when we get it right, you can taste the difference.
