01
Coffee 101

Where coffee comes from, how it's processed, and what roast level actually does — explained like a human, not a textbook.

02
Guided Cupping

We cup three coffees together using the same protocol specialty roasters use. You'll learn to evaluate aroma, acidity, body, and finish.

03
Take Something Home

At the end, you pick your favorite of the three and walk out with a 10oz bag. Plus a 4×6 flavor wheel print to keep.

Brazil
Cerrado

The anchor. Low acidity, full body, and the kind of chocolate-nutty warmth that makes sense to almost everyone.

Ethiopia

The surprise. Floral and fruit-forward in a way that makes people ask if something was added to it.

Colombia
Huila

The middle ground. Balanced, caramel sweetness, and consistent. Showcases traditional coffee flavors, only elevated.
